FirstMyTrip Private Limited uses the information you provide to review and respond to travel, partnership, contact and visa assistance requests. Contact support@firstmytrip.com for privacy questions.
Information collected
Forms may collect your contact details, travel preferences, traveller ages, agency details and enquiry message. Visa assistance may additionally collect applicant information, passport details, dates of birth and uploaded documents.
Use and access
Enquiries are saved for authorised staff review. Notifications and acknowledgements use the site’s configured email service. Visa documents are stored privately with encryption and are made available through authenticated staff downloads; document content is not attached to notification emails.
Service coordination
Where further arrangements require sharing information with a service provider or an official process, the required scope should be discussed as part of your case. This assistance form does not automatically submit an application to a government system.
Cookies and your trip shortlist
WordPress uses authentication cookies for staff sign-in. Your selected trip interests are stored in your browser’s local storage so they can be added to an enquiry. You can clear the shortlist with the My Trip controls. Passport documents are not stored in this browser shortlist.
Retention and requests
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information. Records may need to be retained where required for a confirmed service or applicable obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive documents by ordinary email when the private upload form is available.
External services
WhatsApp and external reference links operate under their own privacy policies. The website’s operator should keep this notice aligned with its actual hosting, mail and operational arrangements.
